Café Britt offers tours ranging from a 1.5-hour coffee lovers tour (starting at US$26) to a 6-hour coffee and adventure tour ($123).

Located in the mountain village of Monteverde, Don Juan offers coffee-focused 3-person tours, but also highlights the indigenous history of chocolate and sugarcane production. Tours run daily at 8pm, 10pm, 1pm and 3pm and are open to everyone.

Across La Fortuna’s Lake Arenal, North Fields Cafe offers a similar experience in the shadow of the Arenal Volcano. The day tour runs from 8am to 4pm.

Although Guanacaste’s climate is more suited to sugarcane, the Tío Leo Coffee Tour, just minutes from Daniel Auduber-Kyros International Airport, stops you on your way to the beautiful beaches of the Nicoya Peninsula.
